Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard & Discover.  We do NOT accept American Express.

An additional payment option available to qualified applicants is CareCredit. A CareCredit account may be opened by filling out a short application at our clinic. For more information about CareCredit, please call us during regular business hours at the number listed below.
