I am very pleased with Valley Animal Hospital and with the staff's excellent customer service. We were in desperate need of a vet on a Sat, and not too many vets are open on Saturdays. We were welcomed as walk ins and our 4 year old Shih-Tzu was diagnosed with a slipped disc. He had no movement from his hind legs and we were very scared and worried for him. We thank God for Dr. Harris working that Sat. and for recommending the laser therapy on him twice a week. Bonbon has responded very well to the treatments and has had a speedy recovery. I like the fact that after the treatments, Dr. Harris takes his time to talk to us about any concerns towards Bonbon's recovery. He is a caring and considerate Dr. who goes the extra mile for his patient's well being. Thank you Valley Animal Hospital for your courtesy calls, concerns, and for Bonbon's well being. Valley Animal Hospital also has a Facebook page where I have seen many happy and satisfied patients, and our Bonbon is one very happy patient.
